PROVINCIAL BAILIFF SERVICES commonly known as PBS in Atlantic Canada by our affiliates and associates, was founded in 1972 by its’ present owner , Les Barrett, and serves all four Atlantic Provinces.
PBS have affiliated bonded personnel and agents with previous law enforcement experience in either civil or criminal vocations and are professional in the field of property seizures, distress sales, auctions, Process Serving , Repossessions and related bailiff services on behalf of our clients
PBS are fully capable of storage, recovery, advertising and disposal of any and all chattels or assets in which they have been commissioned to seize and liquidate.
PBS are associated with a network of bona fide bailiffs, sheriffs, civil constables and collection agencies both nationally and internationally to better serve our clientel and offers on request free quotes on all service before activity.
PBS boasts a “No Storage Fee”
policy for vehicles or heavy mechanical and industrial equipment seized by us
on behalf of our clients for the first 30 days (conditional) and our fee for
the disposal of such equipment or assets we guarantee will not exceed a 15%
selling commission of the gross sale proceeds which is inclusive of all costs
relating to the advertising, display, storage, and preparation of all documents
required to facilitate our clients needs for disposal (bills of sale, title
transfers, affidavits, etc.)

“Collection” and “Appraisal” divisions and rates are
continent upon the volume and type of accounts listed or assets seized as well
as the availability of information provided by the leinholder or creditor.
